Now is such an interesting time for our Arizona market! Hot properties that are priced well will still sell quickly, while homes that are sub-par and over-priced will still just be waiting it out on the market. Some areas of the valley are plagued by short-sales and lender-owned homes that offer some amazing deals, while some sellers are just not motivated to make it to escrow!
So many buyers are jumping into this great to time buy with so much inventory to choose from! Builders are slashing their inventory to all-time low prices with amazing incentives. And don't forget, when you are working with your own agent, we can negotiate directly with the builder to save you money! There are many terrific opportunities for first time buyers to use County bond money and down payment assistance programs to become homeowners, even if you don't have a penny saved and even if lenders are pulling all of their 100% financing programs!
